Cherargei said some of those who have been shortlisted for the Permanent Secretary position never believed in Ruto's presidency. The outspoken senator suggested that some of those shortlisted could be out to sabotage Ruto's government. The Nandi senator said loyalty to Ruto should be given priority while settling on who will serve in Ruto's government.
