Club Baestro 90° Causing Havoc to Moi Girls School and Neighbors with Noise Pollution

Kibra, Kenya – October 8, 2023,Sunday – Club Baestro 90°, located in the Woodley Ward of Kibra, is causing havoc to Moi Girls School and neighbors with its loud noise and night music sound system. The club, which is housed in a building owned by MCA Hon. David Ngibuini alias "DNG," is scheduled to host Luo benga artist Prince Indah tonight, Sunday, October 8, 2023.

David Kose, Secretary General of Kibra Societal Peace & Budget Champion, has raised concerns about the club's noise pollution, stating that it is disrupting the peace and well-being of the surrounding community. "Students at Moi Girls School are unable to study or sleep due to the loud noise from the club," Kose said. "Neighbors are also complaining about the noise and the fact that the club is open until the early hours of the morning."

Kose has urged MCA Ngibuini to take action to address the issue of noise pollution from Club Baestro 90°. "As the owner of the building where the club is located, MCA Ngibuini has a responsibility to ensure that the club is operating in a way that does not disturb the surrounding community," Kose said.

Kose has also called on the Kibra Sub-County Administration to take action to enforce the law on noise pollution. "The Sub-County Administration has a responsibility to protect the rights of residents to live in a peaceful and healthy environment," Kose said.

Kibra Societal Peace & Budget Champion is urging the public to support their efforts to address the issue of noise pollution from Club Baestro 90°. "We need the public to speak out against this noise pollution and demand that it be stopped," Kose said. "We also need the support of the media in raising awareness of this issue."
