  • Streamlined Auctions (Rule 34): The NCE, in consultation with appointed brokers, sets volumes, lot sizes, dates, and times for auctions, optimizing the trading process.

  • Comprehensive Sales Catalogue (Rule 35): A standardized, digital sales catalogue prepared by appointed brokers provides all necessary details for informed bidding.
