At the Kenya Chamber of Mines Annual Gala Dinner & Awards 2025, Sofax Fluorspar Kenya Ltd & Chinese EPC firm MIZZTECH officially finalized an agreement to restart operations at the historic Kenya Fluorspar Plant in Kerio Valley.

This follows an #MoU signed in August 2025, and with all terms now confirmed, Mizztech’s technical team is already on-site to begin plant repair and full refurbishment.
